Clarity and the Cosmos

Clarity and the Cosmos

In this session, you identify dates related to something in your life you’re struggling to understand. It can be anything—from relationships with certain people to career shifts to accidents or breakthroughs.

Then you send these dates to me. Before we meet, I investigate the astrological transits on those dates, and I study them until I discover the pattern between them.

In many cases, the same planet or other astrological point is activated on these dates, and along with it, a common theme emerges, and that theme invites you towards an unforeseen growth.

We discuss that thematic pattern and that potential growth in our session, and together, we strategize on how you can write the next chapter.

The key to clarity often lives in the experiences you’ve already had.

In this offering, I investigate the astrology on those dates.

 About these Dates

    • Milestone events in your life: beginnings and endings of certain jobs, moves, beginnings and endings of certain relationship, breakups, proposals, weddings, divorces, etc.

    • The birth dates of loved ones in your life (month, date, and year are required)

    • Dates of accidents and/or windfalls

    • Dates when you decided to make major changes or when you had the idea for a major creative or entrepreneurial project

Note: this is an inexhaustive list. It’s just to give you some examples, so if you have an idea that isn’t on here, please feel free to reach out to me and confirm that it’s possible.

  • The cost of the session covers research on up to four dates, one of which must be your birth date (and time, if available). If you would like me to investigate more than four dates, there is an additional fee as compensation for the time and labor of additional research.

  • One of the dates must be your birthdate (and time, if available). This will allow me to look up your natal chart, an astrological snapshot of what the skies looked like at the moment of your birth.

Your life story may or may not begin with your birth, but you have to admit: it was absolutely a critical moment. Bronwyn Simons, one of my astrological mentors, describes this as an indicator of your “natal promise,” and it gives potent insight into where to find—and eventually embody—your greatest potential.

Understanding the “natal promise” of your birth date enables me to identify the pattern that is present on the other dates you provide.

What’s included in a session?

My research on up to four dates, one of which must be your birth date (and time, if available). The other three can be whatever you like, but they’re usually related to a situation in your life you’re struggling to understand. If you would like me to research more than these four dates, you can; that option is available as an add-on when you complete your booking.

A one-on-one appointment over Zoom, approximately 90 minutes long. It will be recorded so that you can return to it again and again, allowing you to absorb more each time you revisit it.

A follow-up PDF, which I personalize based on what we discuss during the session. This may include related dates to investigate for deeper insight and/or questions designed to help you work with your natal astrology.

FAQs

  • Weird things happen to me. I don’t know if it’s because my natal chart has unusual astrological configurations or if it’s because I am just a weird person. I’m okay with that.

The term “weird” comes from the Old English word wyrd, which means fate or destined choices. A weird situation, for me, is often an indicator that something deeper is at work in my life, and if I dig around a little, I’ll be able to find it. Astrology is one of the tools I use to dig around.

So, when something weird happens and I’m completely baffled, I look at the astrological chart for the event. I always discover something that sheds fresh light on what happened. With enough dates, I can see a pattern, and that clarity always points me towards my life path.

In other words, I’ve learned to embrace my own weirdness by trying to understand it better. It means that the strangeness is a sign that I’m headed in the right direction.

  • To help you know what to expect, here is what happens for every Clarity and the Cosmos Session:

    a) You book your appointment through this website.

    b) I’ll send you a Google Form questionnaire.

    c) You fill it out at least 24 hours in advance of our appointment, which gives me time to examine your natal chart and determine what astrological transits may be currently impacting your situation.

    d) We meet together over Zoom.

    • You bring yourself. I bring your natal chart and my research around the dates you’ve provided.

    • Unless you would really prefer that we didn’t, I record the session so that you can review + rewatch later. That way, you don’t feel like you need to take notes.

    e) After the session, I send you the recording and the follow-up PDF.

  • Yes.

    • You must know your birth date and birth place. Birth time is extremely helpful, but it’s not absolutely required with my methods for this offering.

    • You must have an open mind about astrology (no experience with it with required though).

If you’re missing any of these ingredients, then this offering isn’t the best fit for you. You might explore other offerings at the JourneyPen Project.

  • Yes, you definitely need to be eighteen or older.

If you’ve gotten to know Shelby Bach through The Ever Afters, and/or if you’re still a young student, that’s fabulous—this offering probably won’t serve you as much as others will.
