Previously called “Renewing Calm.” This collection focuses on replenishing your inner resources to pursue whatever targets you’re aiming at, including a creative project. After all, every creative process begins with courage and capacity.
Pathways
(noun) content, questions, exercises, and other material designed to take you on a journey into making your own meaning. They’re organized in a suggested order that allows you to move through the material at your own pace.

Character Arcs in Life and in Fiction
This Pathway pulls from both my personal experiences and my novels to investigate character arcs, whether they’re fictional characters or people you know (including yourself). It can help you complete a character-driven subplot if you’re writing fiction or make meaning from your own life if you’re ready to deepen your self-understanding.
Tending Transformation Fatigue
At this point in history, many people are worn out from the change they’ve already experienced. This Pathway [currently-in-progress] helps you make room for more change, by integrating the older changes and gathering the necessary ingredients that can help fuel you through further transformation.
